ETS Automation Engine is a private internal business automation system operated by Enabling Technology Solutions, LLC ("ETS"). It is used to support authorized administrative, operational, and accounting activities.
Information We Process
Information processed by the system may include business records and information necessary to perform authorized ETS workflows. Information is used only for legitimate ETS business purposes and to facilitate authorized integrations between systems used by ETS.
QuickBooks Online Integration
The QuickBooks Online integration is intended to allow ETS to create and manage appropriate accounting records, including estimates and invoices, within ETS's own QuickBooks Online account.
Use and Sale of Information
ETS does not sell information processed through the ETS Automation Engine.
Access and Safeguards
Access to the system and its integrations is limited to authorized personnel and systems. ETS uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information being processed.
Third-Party Service Providers
Information may be processed by authorized third-party service providers used by ETS, including providers of cloud hosting, productivity, automation, and accounting services, subject to applicable agreements and requirements.
Data Retention
Information is retained in accordance with ETS's business, legal, contractual, and record-retention requirements.
