Individuals may choose to receive SMS messages from Enabling Technology Solutions related to services they receive or have requested.

Messages may include appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation coordination, installation scheduling and coordination, service updates, follow-up communications, responses to customer support requests, and other customer-care communications related to ETS services.

ETS does not use enrollment in this SMS program as consent for unrelated promotional text messaging.

Individuals may opt in by providing their mobile telephone number to ETS and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages through an ETS website form, intake process, service enrollment process, or other documented consent process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Enabling Technology Solutions.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with ETS and the services being provided.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from ETS. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. ETS does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
