Many enabling technology services are covered through Tennessee's Medicaid programs and other funding sources. ETS helps navigate these options so individuals can access the technology they need.
How Services Are Funded
ETS works with multiple funding sources to ensure individuals can access the technology they need.
TennCare CHOICES
Tennessee's Medicaid managed care program may cover enabling technology services for individuals enrolled in CHOICES (formerly known as the CHOICES program for long-term services and supports). ETS works directly with MCOs and support coordinators to coordinate services.

Employment & Community First CHOICES
For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ECF CHOICES may fund enabling technology as part of a person-centered support plan. ETS partners with support coordinators to identify and implement appropriate solutions.

Vocational Rehabilitation

No — simply submit a referral and our team will help determine what funding options may be available for the individual.
Is there a cost for the initial consultation?
For individuals covered by TennCare or other eligible programs, the consultation is typically covered. For private pay clients, please contact us for details.

Yes. ETS works directly with support coordinators and MCOs to coordinate authorization and ensure a smooth process.
